No Refunds

All sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Failure to use the product as intended

Exchanges

We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at oxillence.zks@gmail.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage

    Upon approval, we will arrange for an exchange. Please note:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Items Received:
    If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days with your order details. We will arrange to send the correct product at no additional cost to you.
